Whether you have an interest in finding out more about Lean or want to take your Lean journey to the next level this is the tour for you.
On this tour you will visit departments from the office & factory with a focus on ‘Learning to See Waste’ in every process, how the team recognise the waste and eliminate it. This tour is lead by our Lean Leaders and is aimed at companies at all levels of their Lean journey.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at 07:45 am to meet with your tour host.
Who should attend?
There are huge learning opportunities, whether you are a passionate Lean thinker or brand new to this, we welcome people at all levels of their lean journey!
What should I wear?
We want you to be comfortable, smart casual - long sleeved top and low / flat heeled shoes is preferable.
PPE will be provided.
What if I need to make changes to my booking?
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, to ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask that any changes to your booking, including guest numbers, are confirmed at least 7 days before your tour date.
Changes made after this may be non-refundable, as we reserve staff time, materials, and resources in advance to make your visit world-class.
Can I take Photographs & Videos?
Yes you can take as many as you like, we know it can be a lot to take in and we want you to get the most from your experience.
